Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ENSKOM, a product of ENSKOM LLC, 7901 4th St. N, Suite 5293, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, United States (“ENSKOM”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ENSKOM you agree to these Terms. If you use ENSKOM for a company, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. What ENSKOM is

ENSKOM is a research product for Amazon sellers. It consists of a Chrome browser extension, the ENSKOM service that stores your account, results and usage, and this website. The extension reads publicly available Amazon pages in your own browser. The ENSKOM service never requests Amazon pages itself.

ENSKOM shows information as Amazon displays it at the time it is read. Amazon may change, limit or remove information at any time, and results may be incomplete. ENSKOM marks results it could not complete instead of presenting them as complete.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to use ENSKOM. You sign in with your e-mail address and a password, and you must verify your e-mail address.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One Free account per extension installation. We may limit, review or refuse Free accounts to prevent abuse, for example several Free accounts from the same network or disposable e-mail addresses.

3. Team accounts

On plans that include team accounts, the account owner can invite team members. Each member signs in with their own e-mail and password. Credits and research data are shared within the team. Only the account owner can buy, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and invite or remove members. Credit activity shows which member used credits.

4. Plans, ASIN credits and limits

  • ENSKOM is offered in monthly plans. The current plans, prices and monthly ASIN credits are shown on our pricing page. Every plan, including Free, includes all research features; plans differ in credits, users, browsers that can work at the same time, team accounts and carry-over.
  • ASIN credits measure usage. How many credits a task uses is shown in the product and on the pricing page. Background work (such as Store Refresh and presence checks), exports, pages Amazon did not show, cancelled work and retries do not use credits.
  • Weekly limit: up to one quarter of your plan’s monthly credits can be used in any 7-day period, counted from the day your plan started. Plans shown as unlimited have no weekly limit.
  • Users and browsers at a time: each plan allows a maximum number of people to use your account and a number of browsers to work for your account at the same time, shared by all its users, as shown on the pricing page.
  • Unused credits do not carry over to the next period, except where your plan includes carry-over; then the stated share of unused credits carries over to the next period only.
  • When your credits or weekly limit are used up, the step in progress finishes, the work pauses and your data is kept. Work continues from where it stopped when new credits are available.
  • Unlimited plans are unlimited in ASIN credits; there is no hidden fair-use cap.

5. Additional credits

Customers on a paid plan may buy additional ASIN credits in the product. The price is shown before purchase.

  • Additional credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • They are used only after your plan’s credits for the period are used up, and the weekly limit does not apply to them.
  • If your account moves to the Free plan, additional credits are frozen and can be used again within their validity period when you return to a paid plan. Changing between paid plans does not affect them.
  • On team accounts only the account owner can buy them.
  • A limit per purchase may apply.
  • Refunds for additional credits are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the price. If you provide a valid business tax ID, reverse charge may apply.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Paid plans renew automatically every month on the day your plan started until you cancel.
  • Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are outside our control.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused part of your current plan is credited against the new price, your new plan’s full credits are granted, credits left from the old plan end, and your monthly and weekly periods restart on the upgrade day.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. If the new plan allows fewer team members, the account owner chooses who stays active; otherwise the most recently added members become inactive. No data is deleted.
  • Failed renewal: if a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for 3 days while payment is retried. After that your account moves to the Free plan until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted.
  • Charges on your statement appear as ENSKOM.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your data and research

  • Your research sessions, source ASIN lists, results, selections, seller lists and scans belong to you and are private to your account and your team. We do not show them to other customers.
  • You can export your results at any time.
  • Shared catalogue knowledge: when you use ENSKOM, public Amazon catalogue facts observed in your browser (for example, which category a product belongs to) help improve results for all customers. This shared knowledge never includes your identity, your account, your source ASIN lists or your research activity, and no one can browse or export it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such public catalogue facts for operating and improving ENSKOM.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

9. Offline use

If the ENSKOM service cannot be reached, work you already started can continue for a limited time and is synchronised when the connection returns. New work may wait until the connection is restored.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share one account between people outside your team, or circumvent session, credit or plan limits;
  • copy, resell, sublicense or provide ENSKOM, its results or its shared knowledge as a service to others;
  • try to extract, scrape or enumerate data from the ENSKOM service, or overload or attack it;
  • reverse engineer the extension or service, except where the law allows it;
  • use ENSKOM in violation of the law or of third-party rights.

We may suspend or limit accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

11. Changes to ENSKOM and these Terms

We improve ENSKOM over time and may change or remove features. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the product at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

12. Disclaimers

ENSKOM is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that Amazon information is accurate, complete or available at all times, or that ENSKOM will be uninterrupted or error-free. ENSKOM does not provide business, legal or financial advice; decisions based on results are yours.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ENSKOM LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

14. Amazon

ENSKOM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

15. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ENSKOM and cancel at any time, and you can request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may end or suspend your account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, or where required by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in its courts.

17. Language

These Terms are written in English. A Turkish translation is provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version applies, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
