What is a source ASIN?
A product you start from, usually one you already sell or know well. ENSKOM reads its exact Amazon category and finds the other products in it.
What do Very Strong, Strong and Related mean?
They show how much of your ASIN’s Amazon category structure a product shares. Very Strong shares every specific category, Strong most of them, Related at least one. It is a grade of closeness, not a measure of price, demand or profit.
Which Amazon marketplaces does ENSKOM work in?
21: Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Türkiye, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, India, Japan and Australia. Results and sellers are never mixed between them.
Do I need to keep the tab open?
No. Research and scans continue in the background and pick up where they stopped after a browser or computer restart.
Is my research private?
Yes. Your sessions, ASIN lists and selections are visible only to your account and your team. Amazon pages are read in your own browser; ENSKOM’s servers never visit Amazon.
What is an ASIN credit?
One product ENSKOM finds or checks for you uses one credit. In ASIN Researcher, Very Strong results count as 2 and Related as 0.5. Background work is free. Each plan comes with monthly credits, spread over the month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once and the unused part of your current plan is credited. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period. You can cancel any time, and your data is kept.
