Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

The Free plan includes every research feature with a smaller monthly credit allowance, so you can try ENSKOM before buying.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

3. Refunds for subscriptions

Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months or unused credits, except where required by law or stated below. When you upgrade, the unused part of your current plan is automatically credited against the new price.

4. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the service immediately, we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the period in which the service was provided. To withdraw, write to [email protected]. This right does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.

5. Additional credits

Additional ASIN credits are not refundable once you have started using them. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, at checkout you are asked to agree that the credits are delivered immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once use begins. Unused additional credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for 3 days while payment is retried, then your account moves to the Free plan until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted.

7. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]; we will look into it. If a payment is reversed, credits from that payment that have not been used are removed, and new work may be paused until the payment issue is resolved. Your data is kept.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show on your statement.
