About plans and payments
Can I change my plan any time?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once: the unused part of your current plan is credited, your new plan’s full credits are granted and your monthly and weekly periods start again. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The step in progress finishes, the work pauses and nothing is lost. It continues from where it stopped in the new week or month, or right away when you upgrade.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for 3 days while the payment is retried. After that your account moves to Free until the payment goes through. Your data is never deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your data is kept.
Which currency? Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
What is a team account?
On Pro and higher, the account owner invites colleagues. Each signs in with their own e-mail and password; credits and research are shared. Only the owner buys, upgrades and manages members.
What do “users” and “browsers at a time” mean?
Users is how many people can use your account. Browsers at a time is how many Chrome browsers can work for your account at the same moment, shared by everyone: on Business, 4 people can use 2 each, 2 people 4 each, or one person all 8.
How many results does one source ASIN return?
Up to 500 Very Strong, 500 Strong and 1,000 Related results per source ASIN. The counts you see are always the real ones.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has every research feature with a smaller monthly credit allowance, with no time limit.
